As students across our communities head back to school this fall, we’re taking a moment to celebrate a different milestone: the achievements of the Neighborhood House Class of 2026.
Through programs such as Youth Advocacy, Family Resource Centers, and STUDIO, these young people have built leadership skills, explored career opportunities, connected with mentors, and worked toward goals that once seemed out of reach. We are proud to celebrate their accomplishments and the bright futures ahead of them.
Meet the Graduates
Amy Sandoval
Innovation Heights Academy | Youth Advocacy Program
Amy Sandoval, a graduate of Innovation Heights Academy and participant in Neighborhood House’s Youth Advocacy Program, made a lasting impact during her senior year. She was selected to deliver a speech to her graduating class, demonstrating the leadership and confidence she developed throughout high school.
Following graduation, Amy has begun her career as a Patient Care Coordinator at Fred Hutch, taking her first steps into the healthcare field and building a future centered on helping others.
Emiliano Morales-Rowe
Family Resource Center & STUDIO Participant
Over the past year, Emiliano Morales-Rowe participated in Neighborhood House’s Family Resource Center and STUDIO programs while exploring his interest in graphic design through an internship opportunity with Seattle Public Utilities.
After graduation, Emiliano plans to enter the workforce and pursue opportunities in graphic design, building on the skills and experiences he gained during his time with Neighborhood House.
“Neighborhood House has been a great opportunity for me. It has helped me network and advocate in my community. Very grateful for each program that I’ve been a part of.”
Darwin Rodriguez
Mount Rainier High School | Youth Advocacy Program
Darwin Rodriguez demonstrated a strong commitment to career readiness throughout high school. Along the way, he earned certifications in HIPAA compliance and Bloodborne Pathogens training while participating in Neighborhood House programming.
Already employed at Journeys, Darwin is working toward a future career as an HVAC technician, building on the skills and work experience he gained while in school.
Jazmin Chancey
Innovation Heights Academy | Youth Advocacy Program
Jazmin Chancey worked hard to overcome challenges and stay focused on her goals. While participating in Youth Advocacy, she also joined the Outdoor Innovators program, where she learned about environmental restoration, explored environmental careers, and earned a stipend for her participation.
After graduation, Jazmin plans to attend Highline College and continue pursuing new educational opportunities.
Fernando Lozano Delgado
Innovation Heights Academy | Youth Advocacy Program
Fernando Lozano Delgado graduates with a clear career goal in mind. Through his participation in Youth Advocacy, he focused on building skills and preparing for life after high school.
Fernando plans to pursue a career as an automotive technician, turning his interests and dedication into a practical and in-demand profession.
Joanna Nuñez
Innovation Heights Academy | Youth Advocacy Program
Joanna Nuñez has always been focused on helping others learn and grow. During her time in the Youth Advocacy Program, she worked toward her academic goals while preparing for her next steps.
This fall, Joanna will continue her education at Highline College, where she plans to study Early Childhood Education and pursue a career supporting the next generation of learners.
Yamilet Rivera
Tyee High School | Youth Advocacy Program
Yamilet Rivera celebrated a major achievement this year by graduating from Tyee High School on time. Her persistence and commitment helped her reach this important milestone and prepare for the future ahead.
Looking forward, Yamilet hopes to attend Highline College as she continues her educational journey.
Ezequiel Recinos
Innovation Heights Academy | Youth Advocacy Program
When Ezequiel Recinos joined Neighborhood House’s Youth Advocacy Program, he had a dream of becoming a pilot. Through the program, he connected with the Red Tail Hawks Flying Club, opening a pathway into aviation.
His dedication earned him a scholarship and acceptance into the Red Tail Hawks FLY Program, where he will receive flight training and mentorship as he works toward earning his private pilot license and ultimately becoming a commercial airline pilot.

Victoria Sanchez
Auburn Mountainview | Youth Advocacy Program
Victoria Sanchez’s senior year was filled with important milestones. She worked hard to improve her grades, earned her driver’s license, and graduated on time.
This fall, Victoria will attend Washington State University, becoming the first person in her family to attend college. Her achievement represents not only a personal accomplishment, but an important milestone for her family as well.
Betsy Rivera
Innovation Heights Academy | Youth Advocacy Program
As a participant in the Youth Advocacy Program at Innovation Heights Academy, Betsy Rivera spent her high school years preparing for an ambitious future.
After graduation, she plans to pursue careers in both real estate and cosmetology, exploring opportunities that combine entrepreneurship, creativity, and community connection.
Many Paths, One Milestone
We also celebrate one graduate who asked to remain anonymous. After working hard to get back on track academically, they successfully graduated on time and are now exploring career opportunities. Their perseverance and determination exemplify the resilience of this year’s graduating class.
