Our Community Outreach, Referral, and Engagement (CORE) team provides rapid HIV / Hepatitis C testing, and referral for outpatient mental health, co-occurring disorder and substance use treatment services to community members ages 18+.

Walk-ins welcome on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10am-3pm. Appointments required for in-person assistance Wednesday – Friday.

Through our Westside Baby partnership, we distribute free diapers and baby wipes to families with children. No sign-up, enrollment, or intake required.

We provide support to unpaid caregivers of loved ones with functional disabilities that require assistance with daily living tasks. Services provided include support groups, caregiving training, and linkage to resources.
