Issue Resolution

This new policy provides an opportunity for anyone connected to the agency — staff, volunteers, clients, vendors, partners, etc. — to submit concerns they have. Individuals will also have the option to submit these anonymously, should they choose to. These concerns will be routed to our Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access for dissemination for further review and investigating. Additionally, a review group will review all concerns submitted on a quarterly basis to identify trends, develop recommendations for further actions, and to hold the agency accountable for timely and thorough responses. The goal is to create a mechanism in which individuals can provide concerns that can be looked into quickly and addressed as needed.
