Our Issue Resolution policy provides an opportunity for anyone connected to the agency – staff, volunteers, clients, vendors, partners – to submit concerns they may have regarding a concerning action, conduct, or behavior involving Neighborhood House. The reasons can include, discrimination, harassment, bullying, suspected misconduct or fraud within our programs or services, or violations of local, state, and federal law. Individuals will also have the option to submit their concern anonymously, should they chose to. These concerns are routed to our People and Culture team or other appropriate person for review and investigating. Additionally, a review group will review all concerns submitted on a quarterly basis to identify trends, develop recommendations for further actions, and to hold the agency accountable for timely and through responses.
