Give Stock
We’re able to accept gifts in the form of stock, government(including municipal) dept and corporate debt through the Depository Trust Company (DTC). For security, settlement and reduced paperwork, electronic transfer through the DTC is preferred. This can be arranged from most brokerage accounts. Gifts of stocks and mutual funds are an extremely tax-efficient gifting option. Love to host cocktail parties or intimate dinners with your friends? Partner with Neighborhood House to share the impact and raise money for your neighbors. Provide the space, food, and great vibes. A Neighborhood House staff will join the party to talk about the impact and make the ask together.
Get your workout friends together for a group class at your local gym. Ask your gym or your instructor to donate their time to your favorite organization (Neighborhood House!) and collect a donation for participation. Don’t have a space?
