We are continuing to offer critical services over the phone, via email, and utilizing social distancing during this time. 

Neighborhood House offices are currently closed to the public. Clients that need to meet with staff can do so by appointment only.

Please check to see the current status of our programs (which are subject to change).

 

Child Development

  • All Child Development Programs (including all home visiting and preschool programs) are closed through Friday, April 24.
  • After much thought and deliberation we decided to extend the closure which was originally set to run through Wednesday, March 25. 

 

Education and Community Services

Aging and Disability Services:

  • Health Homes: Staff are working remotely and talking with clients via phone and email (no home visits).
  • Medicaid Case Management: Staff are working remotely and talking with clients via phone and email. Program is in regular operation with limited office attendance for all staff.
  • Resource and Care Coordination: Staff are working remotely and talking with clients via phone and email. Appointment only if there is urgent need. (No home visits, workshops, or support groups.)

Citizenship:

  • No classes; support available via phone and email

Community Health:

  • Staff are working remotely and talking with clients via phone and email.
  • All in-person events and workshops have been postponed or moved to online.
  • Clients needing immediate testing for HIV or Hepatitis C are encouraged to contact their healthcare provider or the Sexual Health Clinic at Harborview (206-744-3590).

Employment:

  • Staff are working remotely and talking with clients via phone if possible.
  • CCAP will close job search computer lab through March 27.

Housing Stability:

  • Staff are working remotely and talking with clients via phone and email.

Youth and Family Services

  • All after-school tuturing centers are closed. Staff are working remotely and conducting one-on-one check-ins with families.
