Join Community Health Manager, Leah Post, in a two-part series on Mental Health. The first session covers the broad definition of mental health and stigmas often associated with it. The second session focuses on how mental health is impacting our communities, how treatment and help varies culturally, and what local resources are available.
We have seen how the COVID pandemic has magnified dispartieies in health, housing, education, and employment for our region's immigrants, refugees, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ people, people with disabilities and people living in poverty.
