Please be safe in the heat this week as temperatures reach 80s and 90s. Do not forget to drink plenty of water, limit your time outside, and check up on those in your life who may be at a high risk.According to guidance from Public Health, people who are at highest risks for serious health problems in the heat include:
- People who have medical conditions or take medications that make it harder to regulate body temperature. Encourage people to talk to their healthcare providers to see if their conditions or medications put them at higher risk.
- People age 65 and older
- Outdoor workers

As wildfires occur throughout the West Coast, wind and weather patterns could push smoke to our region. You can check the air quality forecast at pscleanair.org, and take steps to protect your health by staying indoors and keeping windows shut.

Watch this alphabet letter video so you can see how to make pictures with the alphabet letters! https://video.link/w/DWW4c
In a baking pan, I used food coloring! If you tape two pieces of paper together with the tape on the backside and press them into a pan, you can roll marbles around after you dip them with a spoon into food coloring! Don’t have a marble? Use a tiny bead or ball!
