Rapid Re-Housing

  • Provides: Housing search and short-term rental assistance and wraparound employment and housing case management.
  • Eligibility: Currently homeless families (with children under age 18) with short-term need and ability to rapidly take over rent.
  • How to access: Call 211 or a contact a Regional Access Point (RAP) for assessment.

Student Family Stability Initiative

  • Provides: Short-term rental assistance, financial counseling, and case management for families with children in the Highline and Tukwila School Districts.
  • Eligibility: McKinney-Vento (homeless) identified families.
  • How to access: Families must connect with school counselor or social worker for a referral.

Bridge to Finish (Benefits Hub)

  • Provides: Short-term rental assistance and support accessing a variety of benefits for college students.
  • Eligibility and locations: Enrolled with at least 6 credits at one of the following community colleges: Green River, Highline, Renton Tech, South Seattle, Seattle Central, UW Bothell/Cascadia, Bellevue, Shoreline, and North Seattle.
  • How to access: Schedule an appointment with a Benefits Hub Coach.
